We went to the doctor again on Tuesday and she said we'd made a little progress, but not enough to consider induction. I got to see "Magnus" practicing his breathing which was pretty neat. I also tried to figure out the best days to try and encourage the baby to make his entrance. I would really like to have my doctor deliver. She said that if I don't go into labor before my next appointment, then we'll start making some plans for his delivery. That'll be next Tuesday. So, we are just waiting now.
I've had a nice almost two weeks off from work and have been able to rest, read some, and take plenty of naps.
Jamie's mom, Gramma Sara, has been here and won't let me us do the dishes and has helped to take Moose for the long walks he enjoys so much. She has set a pretty high standard for future guests!
We hope to have exciting news of a healthy baby boy to report in our next posting. Thanks for all the well wishes!

Everybody has been asking about you at school. We miss you, but know that you are enjoying your nap time more than we are enjoying our EOG's! Hey, drop by for the Eighth Grade Dance tomorrow night... that'll make Magnus groove on outta there! Love ya!

Congratulations Maija and Jamie -- he's precious! Welcome to the world, baby Kjell -- you're a lucky boy to be born to such great parents.
Congratulations Jamie & Maija! Of course Kjell is only minutes old in these pictures, but from what I recollect...and yes, I was there, he looks quite a bit like you did at about the same age, Jamie! It will be fun to see him grow! I'm sure Maija's family probably sees a resemblance to her! He will most certainly be an amazing child, given that he has amazing parents.
Congrats, again & all our love.
